Skills Required:
1) Min 3 Years experience required in Branch Credit Management & Team Management.
2) Good Knowledge of MS-Excel, Word, Email, Web Based Systems
3) Graduation Must
4) Good Communication Skills in English
5) Experience in credit underwriting, credit appraisal, finance, risk, audit is an Advantage

Job Role/Responsibility
1) To ensure effective teamwork and maintaining CO’s teams across his/her region.
2) To ensure the team’s adherence to policies and corporate governance standards at Branch level.
3) To pro-actively achieve credit targets with accuracy.
4) To ensure TAT for processing each Home loan application is maintained by the team.
5) To ensure effective resolution of customer issues & complaints.
6) To maximize PA FTR for branches and the movement is manageable.
7) To ensure zero error cash reconciliation process.
8) To ensure service request resolution is done within the stipulated time.
9) To prepare precise MIS and publish within defined timelines.
10) To ensure all fee collected are deposited by the respective branches within defined timelines.
11) Demonstrate discipline and integrity in the branch.
